Whether it is stared restaurants, international cuisine, everyday good cooking or traditional mountain hut food, you will taste the differance. Our area has a long tradition of local farmers producing regional specialities to high quality, a quality you will taste. These products, most of which are produced to strict BIO standards, are then loveingly prepared and served to you by professional and knowledgeable staff who take pride in their work. All this can be washed down with some of the best wines in the world, or even better, a glass of cold milk fresh from the cow, or how about a glass of mountain spring water, in our region, this comes straight out of the tap!
We have been unbelievably blessed by nature in this valley. Great food, watered by spring fed streams, spiced with the clean mountain air. What more could you wish for!
